the service

Jurnies is an AI-assisted marketing and commerce platform: merchants run their store, customer conversations, campaigns, loyalty programs, content, and analytics from one workspace, assisted by Joe, the platform's AI. an account is required for platform features; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.

acceptable use

• no attempts to compromise, probe, or abuse the infrastructure — we operate rate limits and a web application firewall; persistent abuse is referred to relevant authorities;
• no unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, and no messaging to people who have not consented under applicable law;
• content and campaigns you run through connected advertising or messaging platforms must comply with each platform's own policies— including Meta's Advertising Standards and Platform Terms, the Google Ads policies, and the TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest advertising policies. we may pause or refuse distribution that violates them.

connected platforms

when you connect a third-party account (Meta, Google, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, email or SMS providers), you authorize Jurnies to act on that account on your instructions, and your use of that connection is additionally governed by the third party's terms. disconnecting removes our access and deletes platform data received through the connection, as described in the privacy notice.

about Joe (AI content)

Joe drafts and executes marketing work under your configuration and approval gates. AI-drafted content on this site is verified before delivery by our Joe-Quality verification pipeline; nonetheless, AI-generated content can be incorrect. you are responsible for reviewing material Joe produces on your behalf, and nothing on this site is legal, medical, or financial advice.

fees

platform pricing is published at jurnies.com/pricing; billing terms, usage envelopes, and overage handling are set in the per-tenant agreement and shown transparently in the workspace's billing surface.

intellectual property

the “jurnies” wordmark, the “J0E” lockup, the Joe-glyph, and all original content on this site are the property of Jurnies. you may reference this site in commentary, analysis, or competitive comparison; you may not redistribute our wordmark or logotype without written permission. content you create on the platform remains yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the service on your behalf.

availability, disclaimers & liability

we make reasonable effort to keep jurnies.com available but offer no uptime guarantee on the public site; paying-tenant SLAs are defined in the per-tenant agreement. to the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” and our aggregate liability for site-only use is limited to the amount you paid to use this site (zero). tenant liability terms are in the per-tenant agreement.

termination

you may stop using the site at any time and may close a platform account through the workspace or by writing to [email protected]. we may suspend access that breaches these terms, with notice where practicable. data export and deletion on closure follow the privacy notice.

governing law

for platform tenants, governing law and venue are fixed in the per-tenant agreement. for site-only use, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply where the law grants them. general inquiries about contract terms: [email protected].

changes
