Customer story
Nutrascia runs its store, customer chats, marketing and books on Jurnies
Nutrascia is a sports-nutrition brand in Egypt. Its store, payments, delivery, customer chats, marketing and books run on Jurnies, every day, for real customers.
What runs
What runs on Jurnies
Products
The store's products, in every size and flavour, with their images, are managed in Jurnies.
Orders, end to end
Every order is handled to the end: invoices, tracking, edits after purchase, store credit and returns.
Cash on delivery and cards
Customers pay cash on delivery or by card, including instalments, and the cash collected on delivery is tracked until it is settled.
Courier delivery
Delivery is priced by area, and parcels are booked with Aramex, with labels and tracking.
Customer chats on WhatsApp
Customer chats on WhatsApp arrive in one inbox the whole team works from.
Joe answers first
Joe answers customers when it is confident, and hands the chat to a person, with a short summary, when it is not.
Journeys
Automatic messages, such as welcome and win-back, run as journeys published from a visual canvas.
Loyalty
Customers collect points, move up membership tiers, earn rewards and refer their friends.
Books in step with the ERP
Orders, invoices and payments flow to the brand's ERP (Odoo), and its books come back into Jurnies.
How it connects
A week at Nutrascia
From a customer's first question to the books.
Monday
A customer asks on WhatsApp whether a flavour is in stock. Joe checks the live stock and price before it replies.
Tuesday
The customer orders with cash on delivery, and the order is confirmed with them over WhatsApp.
Wednesday
The parcel is booked with Aramex, and the customer can follow it with tracking.
Thursday
A customer who has not ordered for a while gets a win-back message with a one-time discount code.
Friday
Cash collected on delivery is reconciled against the courier and the bank, and the orders, invoices and payments land in the books.
The miss
What did not work, and what changed
What did not work: Price changes made in the dashboard were slow to appear in the store, so some products showed an old price.
What changed: The store now picks up price and stock changes on its own.
What did not work: After an internal change, card-payment confirmations stopped arriving at the store.
What changed: We rebuilt it the day we found out, and it now ships through the same checked release path as everything else.
What did not work: After launch, the store stayed out of search results because a pre-launch setting was left on.
What changed: It is open to search now, and a check warns us if it is ever hidden again.
